Return Policy

Important: Lemoon does not accept returns or exchanges for food, groceries, or other perishable items once an order has been placed and processed.

1. Our Policy

All sales made through the Lemoon platform are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Food and beverage items
  • Grocery items
  • Perishable goods
  • Prepared meals

2. Restaurant/Vendor Responsibility

Concerns regarding order quality, missing items, or incorrect orders must be directed to the restaurant or store that prepared your order:

  1. Contact the restaurant through our app immediately
  2. Provide details of the issue
  3. The restaurant may, at their discretion, offer replacements, credits, or other solutions

3. Exceptions

In rare cases where an order is fundamentally incorrect or not delivered:

  • Contact Lemoon support within 30 minutes of delivery
  • We will liaise with the restaurant to resolve the issue
  • Any resolution is subject to the vendor's policies

4. How to Report Issues

To report a problem with your order:

  1. Open the Lemoon app
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Select the relevant order
  4. Click "Report Issue"
  5. Provide details and submit

Note: For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food items once they have left the restaurant's possession.
