Lemoon provides a digital platform that connects users with local restaurants, grocery stores, and delivery providers. Lemoon is not itself a food preparation or delivery company.

2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login details
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Orders and Payments

When placing an order through Lemoon:

1. You agree to pay all applicable charges including fees and taxes
2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
3. We accept payment methods displayed within the app
4. All confirmed orders are final (refer to our Return Policy)

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details
• Someone must be available to receive perishable items
• Lemoon is not responsible for delays beyond our control

5. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm delivery personnel or partners
• Interfere with or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit fraudulent or misleading orders

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and design within the Lemoon Service are owned or licensed by Lemoon and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lemoon will not be liable for:

• Food quality, safety, or preparation issues (restaurant's duty)
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by users
• Service interruptions due to external events
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Modifications

Lemoon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

Lemoon may suspend or terminate user accounts immediately, without notice, if these Terms are violated or misuse of the Service is detected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kerala State - Wayanad District and Kalpetta Court, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
